Adey CPCA operates with a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, exploitation, or financial misconduct. All staff, volunteers, and partners are required to adhere to our comprehensive policies.

Reporting & Response

Any concern should be reported to the Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately. All reports are treated confidentially. We cooperate fully with authorities in case of suspected abuse.

Code of Conduct

Expected behavior and professional standards for all personnel

All Adey CPCA staff, volunteers, and contractors must adhere to the following standards:

  • Treat all children, families, and colleagues with respect and dignity
  • Never use discriminatory, offensive, or abusive language or behavior
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of beneficiary information
  • Never engage in or condone any physical, emotional, or sexual abuse
  • Report all concerns or violations to leadership immediately
  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose potential conflicts proactively

If you have a concern about a child's safety or any misconduct within Adey CPCA, you are encouraged and protected to report it. All reports are handled confidentially and without retaliation.

Adey CPCA prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith. All reports will be investigated promptly and impartially.
